Book Shelf

Raising content, curious, and caring children is hard work. None of us can do it alone – trusted friends, teachers, parents who’ve been there, done that are part of the support we need. (along with a sense of humor and time to fulfill other aspects of our lives’ work).  From time to time, we need to fine tune our repertoire, read research, or hear someone’s perspective on a specific aspect of child development and parenting.

If you want to dig deeper into the stuff I’m talking about in the 10 Traits to Foster in Young Children,  check out these titles available through Amazon.   Know that this is a work in process  – I’m always looking for new titles and welcome your suggestions!

note: If you end up purchasing through these links, and about 23 others do the same, I’ll make enough to buy myself a latte. Just wanted you to know the details.  (And even without the microscopic financial incentive, I’d recommend these to any parent or teacher!)
